Of The Swaying Sort was an indie rock band from
Livermore, CA, active around the mid-2000s. The band consisted of
Nick Green on guitar and vocals, Jesse Schlicker on guitar and vocals,
Andy De Santis on bass, and
Aaron Ferguson on drums. They played a highly technical, melodic, syncopated, (swaying) sort of rock music, energized by shimmering telecasters and a punchy low end.
